Ping Identity Customer Journey Mapping

I created this Customer Journey based on a User Persona that was in the Financial industry vertical to help understand where our experience design was lacking. This would serve to inform my design decisions when refining the story Product was trying to tell. I took the qualititative emotional journey and applied it where the customer was in the sales funnel in order to further refine appropriate messaging.
