Ping Identity Wayfinding Concept Web Experience

This project was intended to simplify choosing from the myriad of products, solutions and combinations thereof for a prospective customer who may or may not be familiar with Identity Access Management.

The concept was to create a better customer experience using storytelling with rich interactivity and engaging visuals without relying too much on massive blocks of technical jargon. A simple scroll or swipe would help the user "find their way" to their ideal IAM solution from Ping. 

I worked closely with the lead designers to help cut through the marketing-speak and distill it down to a story that actually had a beginning, middle and end. There were many live FigJam sessions that helped us get excited about the possibilities.
